Our charges are all dependent on case to case basis. Our fees are starting from £20-£30 depending on the complexity of the service you need as well as the distance we need to travel to get to you or the time spent we for you. We do not charge hourly and will give you a flat rate based on the factors mentioned.
Areas within Birmingham or the B postcode and nearby areas are free of charge. This means you don’t have to pay extra other than the service fee agreed and we do not charge for the time or expenses incurred while travelling to you. However, this is still subject to consideration such as when your area is more than 50 miles from us. We usually charge additional £5-£10 to cover fuel costs.
You can pay us cash or through Paypal. Paypal accepts major credit/debit cards.

We work on a ‘No fix, no fee’ policy which means you don’t have to pay anything if we are unable to provide the service that you need. However, if we are unable to deliver our service due to reasons on your part, then there will be a charge. If you have already paid and have discovered an issue, we can discuss for a refund.
