Payment

All service fees are shown in £ sterling.  The total cost of your order is the price of the services ordered plus any other service delivery charges. Payment can be made by any of the methods specified in the PC Repair Guru website and payment will be debited and cleared from your account prior to fulfilment of the service/s requested.

You confirm that the Paypal/credit or debit card that is being used is yours.  All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

No Fix, No Fee Policy

PC Repair Guru operates with a ‘No fix, no fee’ policy wherein customers get a refund or are not required to pay for the service fee if we are unable to deliver as promised. PC Repair Guru reserves the right to deal with any refund request in case to case basis.

Discount Codes and Promotional Offers

PC Repair Guru may issue any discount codes or promotional offers. These offers may be given through email, through our website or through our social media pages; Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

Discount codes are not valid when used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.

PC Repair Guru reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is materialised, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
