No Fix, No Fee Policy
PC Repair Guru operates with a ‘No fix, no fee’ policy wherein customers get a refund or are not required to pay for the service fee if we are unable to deliver as promised. PC Repair Guru reserves the right to deal with any refund request in case to case basis.
